We treat your personal data confidentially. Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR for the fulfillment of the user contract and the event registration.

We use Stripe to process payments. Data such as name and payment details are transmitted to Stripe in encrypted form to carry out the transaction in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR.

You have the right to information, correction, deletion (Art. 17 GDPR), and data portability of your stored data at any time, as well as a right to object to the processing.

Data is only stored for as long as required for the processing of the regatta and statutory retention periods (e.g., accounting).
