Terms and Conditions

01. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Regatta Manager platform as well as to all registrations and payments made through the platform. Regatta Manager acts as an intermediary between the organizing club and the participating sailor.
02. Fees & Service Charge
Regatta Manager charges a service fee of 8%. This fee is explicitly non-refundable as compensation for providing the system infrastructure.
03. Contractual Relationship
The contract for participation in the regatta is concluded directly between the sailor and the organizing club. Regatta Manager is not the organizer of the regattas and is not liable for cancellations, schedule changes, or poor execution of the sporting event.
04. Cancellation
In case of cancellation or withdrawal from a regatta, the participating sailor is obliged to contact the organizing club directly via the registered email.Refunds of the entry fee are made according to the club's conditions. The Regatta Manager service fee (8%) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
05. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
5.1 Comprehensive Disclaimer: Regatta Manager provides only the technical infrastructure. Liability for damages related to the execution, cancellation, or organization of a regatta is excluded.
5.2 Technical Risks: Regatta Manager is not liable for damages caused by technical failures, server outages, transmission errors, or unauthorized third-party interventions.
5.3 Legal Limitation: Liability of Regatta Manager for minor negligence is excluded. This does not apply to breaches of essential contractual obligations.
