2. Payment Processing via Stripe

Payments are processed via the service provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. When you pay a regatta fee, your data (name, email, payment details) is transmitted to Stripe. This is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract).

3. Registration

Data entered during regatta registration (sailor ID, name, boat class) is stored for the purpose of carrying out the event.
