01. Scope of Application
These terms govern the use of the Regatta Manager platform. Regatta Manager provides the technical infrastructure for regatta registrations and acts exclusively as an intermediary between the organizing club and the sailor.
02. Fees & Service Charge
A service fee of 8% is charged for the use of the registration system. This fee is a pure processing fee for the system provision. It does not include insurance cover and is not refundable in the event of cancellation.
03. Contractual Relationship
The contract for sporting participation is concluded directly between the sailor and the respective club. Regatta Manager assumes no liability for the implementation, cancellation, or organization of the event itself.
04. Cancellation & Reversal
Cancellations must be declared directly to the organizing club. The refund of the entry fee is subject to the conditions of the club. The system service fee (8%) is excluded from any refund.
05. Limitation of Liability
Liability for damages resulting from the use of the platform is limited to intent and gross negligence.
There is no insurance cover for participants through Regatta Manager.
Regatta Manager is not liable for the accuracy of the notice of race data provided by the club.
